Rio Street Dance 2008

The Rio Street Dance will be held this year on August 23rd. We would like to invite you to be in the parade which will begin at 2:00 p.m. Line up will begin at the Rio Fire Station at 1:30 p.m.

All parade entries are welcome with no fee and there will be cash prizes for the best float.

Letter to the Editor

Every two years we have an opportunity to do something most of the world can only dream about. We can elect new leaders to serve in our state assembly. If we do so wisely, we can help chart a new and better direction for our state.

RioWisconsin.com would like to introduce a new section on the site called Flashback. Recently members of the Rio Community Club formed a steering committee to form and create the Rio Historical Society. As a show of support RioWisconsin.com will be posting historical photos, newspaper clippings and ads provided by the Society.
